Sanitary Sewer Improvements CDBG Project Closeout Public Hearing- The purpose of this public hearing is to receive public comment on the close-out of a Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) project funded by the Colorado Department of Local Affairs, Division of Local Government.
The Town of Manassa received a Colorado CDBG grant in the amount of $600,000.00 to complete the Sanitary Sewer Improvement Project within the Town of Manassa.
The project has been completed as approved, and all required activities were carried out in compliance with Colorado CDBG and HUD regulations.
All Colorado CDBG funds have been expended in accordance with program requirements. There are no remaining unspent funds associated with this grant.
The grant close-out file, including performance and financial records, is available for public review during normal business hours at Manassa Town Hall, 401 Main Street, Manassa, CO 81141.
The public is invited to comment on the completed project, including its effectiveness, compliance with program requirements, and any concerns regarding implementation.
The Town of Manassa will affirmatively further fair housing and does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, national origin, religion, sex, familial status, disability, age, sexual orientation, gender identity, or marital status in the administration of its programs.
Written comments may be submitted to Ariel Ruvolo, Grant Administrator at grantadmin@townofmanassa.org until December 31st. All comments will be considered as part of the CDBG close-out process.
